Staff is tasked with removing the "non-resident" reference from the waste by-law. Staff is also tasked with adding in a point to include a virtual resident card for those who do not carry the waste site card. Staff has also been tasked with presenting to Council alternative hours for the waste site, based on recommendations from the Public Works Supervisor, Greg Maxwell.
