Planning Committee

That the agenda for the Planning Meeting of June 14, 2021, be approved, with an amendment for the Clerk to display the entire map on Pg 31 for consideration.

That the Minutes of the Planning Meeting of May 10, 2021 be approved as presented.

That the Planning Committee approve the application for the Shoreline Road Allowance Purchase, and direct the Clerk to bring to the following Council Meeting for final approval.

That the Planning Committee defer this until the end of the meeting, as some portions of this application will fall into Closed Session.

That the Planning Committee approves the severance application from Dickinson, with the following recommendations to be included: 1. That all back taxes be paid in full upon sale of the severed property. 2. That the same zoning is required for both the severed piece and the benefitting lands.

That the Planning Committee go into Closed Session.

That the Planning Committee move out of Closed Session to resume regular business.

That the Planning Committee Adjourn at 11:33am.
