That the agenda for the Council Meeting of October 18, be approved as presented

Presentation was Deferred until the presenter joins the meeting. That Council approve the Library Box Structure, to be placed at the St. Ola Boat Launch under the wooden structure by the river. This box will be maintained entirely by Mr. Huisinga and Family; and That this library box will be reported on to Council in 1 years time, so review the success of this project.

That the Minutes of the Council meeting of September 22, 2021 be approved as presented.

That Council accept Jim Kerr's proposal for the Grader Purchase. The offer is as follows: $10,000 Cash + $12,500 in Brush Cutting Services for 2022.

That the Reports under separate cover be approved as presented.

That Council approve the Minor Variance Application.

That the Information Items be read and filed.

That By-Law 2021-38, being a by-law to stop up and sell that part of the original road allowance between Concession 4 and 5, abutting Lots 11-13, West Limerick Lake, Township of Limerick, County of Hastings, designated as Part 2 on Plan 21R25184, be read a third time, passed and signed by the Mayor and the Clerk.

That By-Law 2021-40, being a by-law to close and stop up and to sell that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 1, Concession 6, Township of Limerick, County of Hastings, designated as Parts 2, 3 & 4 on Plan 21R25827, be read a first and second time.

That Council Approve the use of the Township Roads for the Rally of the Tall Pines.

That Council move into Closed Session

That Council move out of Closed Session to resume general business.

That By-Law 2021-41, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on October 18 2021, be read a first, second, and third time, passed and signed by the Mayor and Clerk.

That the meeting of October 18, 2021, be adjourned at 11:07am; and That the next meeting be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 12:30pm.
